Note:

mcs.rsp, csc.rsp, smcs.rsp and gmcs.rsp all need to be identical!

mcs.rsp and csc.rsp are used in compilation. smcs.rsp and gmcs.rsp are used in vs project generation even though Unity reports them as obsolete.
